Humanity is taking its first steps in expanding to an empire of colonies amongst the stars. Under the rule of the global government the human race hopes to spread throughough the local star systems, but they are not alone in the dark. The angelic race known as the 'Hierarchy' has watched creation since time began.
This ambivalent race of etheral angels pulls humanity into an ancient war between the Hierarchy and their satanic enemies; the war that ensues brings humanity's greatest ships and weaponry besides the mystical powers of the Hierarchy in battle against the savagery of demon-kind.
Jason Rider, a 'no-body hacker' works under UNISON's space program. He believes he is nothing special and, to an extent, so does UNISON. But Rider becomes more than a soldier to the government; he becomes an asset to the whole of humanity, a monumental figure in the war between good and evil.
